It was really good. The hand pulled noodles were excellent. Very fresh. Highly recommend the biang biang noodles. The sizzling plate with pepper beef was so good. Good flavorful and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. The hot and sour soup was good too. It's what you would expect. Helen was very nice and attentive. The food came out quickly too. It's nicely decorated and the tables are cute. Dishes are priced just right and portions are large. I will return.

My favorite restaurant I've been to in the last few months for sure. It has already become a craving just thinking about it. I'll have to go back soon. My first time I went with some friends and we got a mix of things. It can be a little hard to catch driving by and the parking is on the side. Everything was so fresh and delicious tasting!!! My favorite being the eggplant in garlic sauce (delicious sauce!!!) and the egg drop soup (super savory and good for sickness or cold weather). The tofu as well has this amazing crunch to it but isn't full of oil like other places! The oolong tea is so yummy as well. The owner is so so kind we got to talk to her a bit and I saw her again picking up take out another time. Super cute inside and phenomenal food! Please come visit!!!!

I live in the area and stumbled across this restaurant on Yelp. I saw the 5 star reviews and decided to try it for myself and it did NOT disappoint. I ordered wonton soup, bao buns, and beef with broccoli. All three were delicious. Will definitely be back. Plus Helen is super friendly and inviting!

We ordered soup, dumplings, crystal dumplings, spicy square chicken, beef, flat noodle, and sake. We had never been here before so we tried a little bit of everything but our FAVORITES were the BEEF FLAT NOODLE and the SOUP DUMPLINGS. These were so so good and have become our regular order. Definitely try these 2 items but all were good. The owner was so sweet and engaged with her customers. This place is fabulous and I highly recommend

20/10 I know that you can't go above 10/10 but this place is FLAWLESS! By FAR the best dumplings I have ever had. Service is amazing too. Helen is very friendly, sweet and hilarious! If there is a restaurant in Houston that deserves a Michelin star, this is it! Good vibes all around!

Extremely clean and cute restaurant. Wonderful service and beyond-sweet staff. The delicious food is a plus! We will absolutely be back!

Wow! That was a great dining experience. First of all, the owner is super nice and friendly. That goes a long way! The food was spectacular. We ordered most of our favorite menu items and everything was great! Chicken cubes were huge; generous portions. The water boiled fish (which is flounder) was also amazing and a huge portion. I can't list all the food items we ordered because this review would be too long, but here are some pointers: - Get the chicken cubes and water boiled fish. Obviously. - The Dan Dan noodles are cold. That's on purpose. So don't expect it to be hot. - The green onion pie is one of the best I've had. Try it! The owner threw in hot tea and egg drop soup on the house. So nice! Maybe it's because we ordered pretty much everything on the menu. :) All in all, a great experience! Ambiance is nice, clean, and roomy. They have their own small private parking lot too, so no valet. Yay! Strongly suggest you give it a try!

Great selection of authentic Chinese food and drinks. Everything I ordered was tasty, and most importantly, more healthier than similar restaurants. Great service and ambiance. Food Chicken soup: refreshing and nutritious. Love the taste. Dry pot with chicken and tofu: I chose mild spicy. Decent portion, and plenty of ingredients in it. Not too salty or oily as other places, a tasty and healthy option for those who love authentic Chinese food. Service I felt happy and calm when speaking to the owner. She is such a kind person. Ambiance It's a spacious and relaxing dining place, the decorations are minimalist but yet joyful. I will be back to this happy place.

We saw all the amazing reviews and had to give Xiao Long Dumpling a try and we were absolutely blown away! It did not disappoint us!! We ordered the Beef Stir Fried Flat Noodles, Biang Biang Noodles, and Hot and Sour Soup, and every dish was absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on--nothing was too salty, and the perfect wok hei flavor shone through. Each bite was packed with freshness and authentic taste, making it clear that this is real-deal Chinese cuisine. This place is definitely going to become our go-to spot, especially since we just moved to the area. A special shoutout to the owner, Helen, who has been running the restaurant since this February. She provides exceptional customer service and is incredibly friendly. Helen made us feel so welcomed, and her warmth truly added to the experience. It's always great to support small businesses in the community, especially when the owner is as dedicated and passionate as Helen. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and intimate. I love how it's not too big--it has just the right amount of space to feel cozy without being cramped, and it's not intimidating at all. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy a great meal in a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. We'll definitely be back soon! Xiao Long Dumpling has quickly become one of our favorite spots in Houston.

Food is good and reasonably price. Can't say it's the best Chinese food I ever had but decent and authentic Often only one server so when it gets busy, might have to wait for the waitress.. I think she really tries to be attentive but there were just too many table Spacious, well lit- good for family dinner or date Would definitely be back
